Kekkei Genkai: Rinnengan

A doujutsu that is said to transcend both the Sharingan and the Byakugan. Can see chakra of all forms, hidden barriers, and even spirits. Also allows the use of all six nature manipulations that form the basis for all jutsu.

Kekkei Genkai: D.D.F. (Dimensional Distortion Field)- User can create dimensional openings to the distortion plane. By doing so, when the user attacks through the field, another field will open anywhere near the opponent they want, and cause a distorted amplify of the attack being performed. So if the user punches into the distortion plane, a giant fist will attack the opponent.

Animal Path- Allows user to summon various animal summons, but only while using the Rinnengan.

Asura Path- Grants the user the ability to summon mechanised armor, augmenting their body with extra limbs and various robotic weaponry, but only while using the Rinnengan. No other path can be activated during this path.

Human Path- Grants the user the ability to remove the soul of any target they touched as well as read their mind, but only while using the Rinnengan. Cannot be performed as a genin or chunin.

Naraka Path- grants the user two main abilities: interrogation and restoration, by using the King of Hell, but only while using the Rinnengan. If the opponent is caught by the king of hell's tongue, the user asks the opponent questions, and if they lied or refused to talk, the king of hell will absorb all but the bare minimum of the opponent's chakra. If they tell the truth, then they will be spared. Cannot be performed as a genin or chunin.

Outer Path- Grants the user the ability to revive the dead, but only while using the Rinnengan . Uses three quarter's of the users chakra, and cannot be performed as a genin, chunin, or sp. jonin.

Preta Path- Grants the user the ability to absorb an infinite amount of chakra in any form using the Blocking Technique Absorption Seal, but only while using the Rinnengan. However, if the users chakra capacity isn't large enough for the absorption, the user will die of chakra overload. Cannot be used as a genin or chunin.

Deva Path- Grants the user the ability to manipulate attractive and repulsive forces, but only while using the Rinnengan.

Deva Path: Chibaku Tensei- The user creates a dark black sphere of gravity that, when thrown into the sky, attracts objects from all directions and pulls them into the sphere, compressing them together. The surrounding earth, including forests and mountains, are collected into a single point, piling on top of one another until it creates a large sphere. A large crater is left where the earth has been collected from. The sphere of gravity's attraction can only be escaped by moving faster than sound, and the inside of the sphere is inescapable. The sphere can be destroyed before it is sealed however. Cannot be performed as a genin.

Deva Path: Bansho Ten'in (Heavenly Attraction of All Creation)- The user manipulates gravity to pull one or several things or people towards the user, disregarding force and weight.

Deva Path: Shinra Tensei (Heavenly Subjugation of the Omnipresent God/Almighty Push)- The user manipulates gravity to repel any mass. Depending on the amount of force the user puts in this technique, it can easily shatter wood, bones, metal, or stone walls. By using this technique as a defensive measure, all attacks directed to the user will be deflected, no matter the size, power or mass. Can even repel the flames of Amaterasu. Can only be used once per battle as a genin, twice as a chunin, three times a sp. jonin, and becomes reliant on chakra capacity as a jonin or higher.

Sound Manipulation: Allows user to distort sound waves with chakra to perform different acts.

"Remember The Name": When the user performs this song, they create sound waves around themselves that slowly makes the opponent forget whatever moves they were planning.

"In The End": When the user performs this song, they manipulate sound waves to increase their overall speed.

"The Fantasy": When the user performs this song, they manipulate sound waves to cast a genjutsu in which the opponent must fight themselves.

"Two Become One": When the user performs this song, they manipulate sound waves to increase their overall defense, stamina, and strength three fold.

Expansive Sound Wave- Hits a surface to create a sound wave that picks up on people and objects like sonar.

Sound Wave Recoil- Hits a surface to create a sound wave pitch that can shatter glass, and burst ear drums.

Ok. Im saying no to this Jutsu list. Only because, any genin fighting you will lose, no matter what they do. You might also need to get rid of the rinnegan.

Most of these jutsu can't even be used as a genin or chunin for that matter, plus, the Rinnengan, just like every other eye technique, uses chakra. There's no way for me to have it activated all the time, nor would I recklessly spam moves like above. I don't see the problem with me having the Rinnengan, especially if used properly, and it would be BS to say I can't have it based on what other people would do with it. Most of these jutsu would use a lot of chakra too, which means I would have to moderate everything I do just to not kill myself.

And no, I don't know if you all allow tailed beast on this site, but I was never going to do that anyway.
