Soul Reaper rank

Whoever is in charge of the soul reapers, needs to make some adjustments to the ranks. I see a genin of the diamond as a soul reaper, but there are 5 stars I believe. That's a no-go. First off, he's a genin, secondly, he has done nothing to be able to receive a rank of 5 within the soul society. So, when you post here, ill make some suggestions.

Actucally, there two different sides within the Soul Reaper rank. There the true Soul Reapers( Number 8, Phantom, Necross, Dante) and then there's the substitute. The real Soul reapers are in the actucal group and more powerful, while the subbies are carrying Zanpakutos. Here's the differents.

Soul Reapers-Only can use Zanpakutos.
Subbies-Still human so there Zanpakuto are weaker and takes longer to learn the true arts of the A Shiningami.

Since you bring this up, I work this around.

As long as you've got it figure out and it can display as to where they have that and they still are visibly a genin.

It can cause alot of confusion. Im just trying to establish some order now. Not trying to upset anyone.
