About Relik Powers

There is little known about Relik Powers, other than how to obtain them. Studies show that entering to the "Other Side", reincarnation and/or Reanimation leads to discovery of molecular alterations/mutations in the neural fibers of the cerebral cortex. The Mizukage of the Forest are looking for volunteers to go on expeditions to learn more about these powers.
