Takai uses Dual steel tonfas as his signature weapons. All or the weight is in each end of the weapons. Takai's ability to spin these are top notch. This not only takes a considerable amount of skill to do, but it is also used to ensure that a fight with him will be hell for the opponent. Takai has a button on each tonfa, which releases a moderately long chain from it which is used to block projectiles.
Takai also uses senbon. These are not only used because they are practically invisible when traveling through the air, but these weapons are also used as a paralyzingly technique. When using his lightning element, should the needles hit the body of the opponent, the opponent will slowly start to feel a numbing effect.
The final weapon in Takai's arsenal for now is wires. These are hidden inside of a wristband on each of Takai's arms. These are used in succession with his senbon, making him a feared opponent in one of his past visited Universes.
