Ray's abilities

Raizu Reconstruction: Ray can drain some energy(chakra in this case) draining move into himself. He can use this energy however he wants.

Raizugan: When in this mode he turns into a lunatic.... Temporarily. His speed is heightened, along with this his eyes turn to an even darker red...

Ray is very good at Taijutsu based fighting... So far he has learned the dragon fist style, which is incredibly powerful. Ray has excellent sword skillage.

with the reconstruction jutsu...you can only take a small amount of chakra out...and who the fuck says skillage!? is that even a fuckin word!?!...preschooler...

Ray can construct armor with the energy that he gets from attacks.

Raizu blade: Ray can extend his hand and make a red chidori, which when it hits the opponent it would drain energy and damage the opponent.

Gates of the Raizu: There are 6 gates of Raizu. These gates increase Ray's speed and melée strength. Each gate varies with power. (there may be things that I add on to this ability.)

Thor's cry: Ray can become one with lightning(meaning, a lightning bolt will come from the sky and crack on Ray. He will absorb the energy) As that happens he is able to move at blistering fast speeds. His attacks are immensely increased.

Lightning style: blinding flash jutsu: Ray puts his index finger across his forehead and closes his eyes... Just then, a blinding red light will disrupt the opponents vision.

Lightning style: lightning fang: Ray stands in the same place, he syncs his chakra with the skies... When that happens a lightning storm is created. This is a release so it uses no chakra.

Ray can conserve his chakra by absorbing energy and when he is in the presence of a lightning storm.

Lightning style: crawling rope: ray transfers chakra into his hand and thrusts it forward. A thin lightning line slithers out aiming to bind the opponent so that they cannot move. This attack is not able to be blocked or parried. Only weak against earth attacks.

Inner release: lightning armor: ray would channel the chakra in his body, making a defensive armor for incoming attacks. This armor would decrease the damage of anything hitting Ray drastically...

The gates of Raizu: In any of these gates, ray has a powerful aura around him which disables all projectiles, increases his speed, and enhances his strength and agility.

Falcon knee: Ray grabs a hold of the back of the opponents head, he then drives his knee into the face of the opponent. He shifts his weight creating a backflip to safely land.

Falcon punch: Ray parries off a strike, and he charges up his right arm for a bone busting blow to the gut of the opponent.
