Chakra Natures- Wind,Fire

Reaper Abilities-Army of Death,Essence of Decay, Death invocation (Only usable in her Angel of Death mode)

Army of Death: Semira uses her latent Death goddess Powers to Summon Being of death Such as Demons. Golems,Skeletons etc

Kiss of Death:Semira Kisses the Victim and use her Decaying essence to Rot what ever part f the Body her lips touched.

Essence of Decay: Grants Semira the Ability to Age and Decay Physical things By either Touching them Or By Means of her Scythe

Death Invocation: Semira Taps into the full powers of her death Reaper power Transforming into Angel of death with Increases her Speed and Strength as well as Her Decay abilities.

Wind manipulation- Gives Semira the Ability to Manipulate the Wind however she Please.(At current level can only manipulate the Wind within 5ft of her)

Wind Release:Great Slashing Tornado -creates a minor tornado, which ensnares the opponent, damaging and cutting the opponent, leaving them crashing into the ground after the tornado subsides.

Wind Release: Godly Wind from the Mountains-This technique creates a vortex of wind to blast at a target.

Wind Release: Great Task of the Dragon- causing a giant tornado to descend upon a target. This technique can be set up as a feint as it has a delayed activation. The technique alters weather conditions temporarily and attacks from the sky rather than from the person. The storm clouds that create the attack dissipate immediately after the tornado begins while the tornado continues in a highly concentrated state.

Wind Release: Jade-Storm Gale-By using wind-based chakra, the user can infuse their bladed weapons with it from a distance and manipulate them.

Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere-The user takes a deep breath and then exhales several small blasts of wind chakra in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.

Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning-The user spews a stream of chakra infused gun-powder from their mouth, which surrounds the region. As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud, which can be used like a smokescreen. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy.

Fire Release: Small Fire Stream-releases a small short ranged stream of flame at the opponent, causing them to collapse. This move requires no hand seals.

Fire Release: Running Fire-This technique creates a stream of fire that can be manipulated into several forms (so far, rings of fire that runs on the ground or a circle of fire flying through the air) before striking the target. It can also be used in combination with Wind Release: Divine Wind to create a tornado of flames, or with Wind Release: Godly Wind from the Mountains to release a massive inferno.

Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique-After performing the necessary hand seals, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or spark, the gas ignites into a large fireball.

Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique-A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame or as a continuous flame-thrower. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface.

I wanna know who made that rank. Cus I see what the problem is, its actually set as a preset for each person that comes on the site. Someone doesn't know what they are doing. Who did it...? Also, there are beginning to be too many peeps in the admin list when there is no need for it.

I've only got one person out of my chars on the list, why can't you all do the same. There's a lot less confusion that way.
