For Newcoming Genin

Ok, newcomers. JUst to let you all know you MUST be approved before you can rp in this website. How do you get approved? A higher up must approve of your bio/weapon/and justu list. And please dont make your charather a Anbu level, becasue everyone starts as a Genin. You will know when your approved when either someone Anbu or higher says "Approved" or your name turns red.
